Co wi\u0119cej, wykazuja one mo\u017cliwo\u015b\u0107 emisji antystokesowskiej, zwanej r\u00f3wnie\u017c konwersj\u0105 energii w g\u00f3r\u0119 lub upkonwersj\u0105. W zajwiskach tego typu energia dw\u00f3ch (lub wi\u0119cej) zaabsorbowanych foton\u00f3w mo\u017ce by\u0107 wyemitowana w postaci jednego fotonu o wi\u0119kszej energii. Wszystkie te unikalne mo\u017cliwo\u015bci czyni\u0105 z tych materia\u0142\u00f3w wa\u017cny obiekt wsp\u00f3\u0142czesnych bada\u0144 oraz zastosowa\u0144. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>W naszych laboratoriach prowadzimy badania optycznych w\u0142a\u015bciwo\u015bci pojedyncznych nanokryszta\u0142\u00f3w upkonwersuj\u0105cych.
